Inclination

The degree of tilt that a planet's orbit has from the ecliptic plane.  Most of the planets are close to 0° inclination, meaning their orbits are close to the ecliptic.  An inclination of 90° would be at right angles to the ecliptic.  By definition, Earth's inclination is 0° and all other planets' inclinations are based from this.

Obliquity

The degree of tilt of a planet's axis from it's orbital plane.  A top that is spinning straight upright would be rotating with 0° obliquity.
