Frozen Chocolate Mousse Pie
8 oz German sweet chocolate
½ cup milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbs. sugar (optional)
3½ cups whipped cream, thawed
1 ready-made chocolate crumb crust
Heat all but 3 squares of the chocolate with ¼ cup milk in a large microwavable bowl at high for 1½-2 minutes.
Stir until completely melted.
Beat in cream cheese, sugar, and remaining milk.
Gently stir in whipped cream until smooth.
Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer and let stand 30 minutes before cutting.
Melt remaining chocolate for about 15 seconds and drizzle over pie.
